Die Lage der Unterkunft ist speziell für Bahnreisende sehr ansprechend - erreichbar innerhalb weniger Minuten. Das Zimmer ist funktional eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, was man braucht (speziell für eine Nacht). Sauberkeit: optimal.
Die Wohnung umfasst zwei Zimmer, auch der andere Raum war während meines Aufenthalts vermietet. Zwischen den beiden Zimmern liegt die Küche und ein großer Esstisch. Die Abend- bzw. Nachtruhe hängt daher sehr davon ab, wie sich die anderen Gäste verhalten. In meinem Falle hatte ich leider Pech, da die Gruppe junger Männer sehr ausgiebig und lange kochte und sich dann auch während des Essens relativ lautstark unterhielten. Natürlich sollte und muss dies mit den anderen Gästen geklärt werden - die Besitzerin / Vermieterin kann selbstverständlich nichts für diese Umstände.

This accommodation is really a little hidden jewel. It had everything we needed - a private, well equipped bathroom, a well equipped room with two comfortable beds. Only the kitchen is shared but as there are only 2 rooms in the appartement you won‘t be sharing it with many ppl. Moreover is the location top notch - very close to the train station Ercolano Scavi from which trains to Napoli (for only 2,6€ ) go or to Sorrento/ Pompei / Torre Annunziata / Opplontis in the opposite direction. There are like literally 100 cafes and restaurants in the closer neigbourhood and do not even let me start with things to see which are close to la casa di Flo - Vesuvio, Pompei Scavi, Herculaneum Scavi, Villa di Poppea, Portici Botanical Garden - I really envy everbody who can live in this place and recommend la casa di Flo. Such a resonable accommodation for a small price.

It was very close to Ercolano Scavi station, 3 min with a short cut (left into via Trentola then right). The shared kitchen is useful for a longer stay. We appreciated the owner kindly letting us leave our bags early
There is limited floor space because of a huge heavy wardrobe stacked on top of a chest of drawers and you need to be inventive and risk-taking to hang your clothes up. It would be good to have more hooks and plugs and an extra bedside light, and a drying rack for wet clothes.

Czystko, TV działa, łazienka jest ok. Bardzo blisko jest przystanek kolejowy.
