Saint Marcin Residence in the Center

This flat was a good size, looked just like the photos. Great location, mid-way between the main station and the old town, with loads of restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarkets at your doorstep. The flat faces an inner courtyard, not the main street so it was relatively quiet. I slept okay with no problems, we couldn't really hear the neighbours. We stayed during an epic heatwave where the temperature hit 40 degrees, I requested an electric fan and the host provided this free of charge, that made the flat a lot more pleasant even in the stifling summer heat. The whole flat was very clean, tidy and felt stylish, like someone did put in some effort to decorate it nicely.

The kitchen was bare, like most hosts would provide some basic cooking stuff but there were two coffee pods, salt, sugar, some tea bags and nothing else. If you wanna cook, you're limited to heating up ready meals. Also, given how hot summers can get in Poland, this place doesn't have A/C so bear that in mind. Also, sometimes the host took a long time to respond to questions I asked on the app. But look, I'm splitting hairs here, it was pretty okay.

Apartament świetny, w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Super wyposażony.

Kontakt z osobą zarządzającą. Był kłopot z telewizorem, dzwoniłam i pisałam - żadnego odzewu. Bez programu telewizyjnego można się obejść, ale gdyby był poważniejszy problem???

Mieszkanie znajduje się przy centralnej ulicy Poznania - Świętym Marcinie, skąd łatwo można dotrzeć do atrakcji miasta, do obiektów Targów Poznańskich oraz na Dworzec Poznań Główny. Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste. Odkamieniono nawet czajnik elektryczny. W aneksie kuchennym była kawa i herbata, a także naczynia i garnki do dyspozycji gościa. Wszystkie sprzęty działały prawidłowo.

Czajnik elektryczny po odkamienianiu nie został dokładnie wypłukany i herbata wychodziła z niego kwaśna. Postrzegam to po prostu jako przejaw dokładności w sprzątaniu, więc nie mam za złe. :)

No funcionaba netflix y el chico vino a arreglarlo muy rápido. El apartamento estaba limpio y cómodo.

Había muchas escaleras y no existía ascensor.
