Location , security and it was clean

The bed wasn’t comfortable when ever you change the sleeping side of your body it makes bad noise that you can even wake up thinking you just broke the bed

Roomm is big and bed is comfy

Fridge was not cooling enough (it was almost not working)

location is pretty good

so sad that no towels are in the room this place needs way better cleaning

The best thing about the apartment is the location next to the Liberty Square (Plac Wolności) and Pod Minogą club.

The room looks much better on the pictures than it does irl. It's "cleaned" but not clean. There is a kettle but an old one and tiny, not pleasant to use. Two mugs, some tea and sugar, and nothing else. No spoons, bowls, coffee etc. The equipment in general seems old and poor. There is no hanger by the door to leave clothes. There is no handle in the shower, no shelf, the soap dispenser is broken, and there is only one. Just many minor things like those, that make one feel not quite comfy. The bed is ok but the mattress is very soft (too soft imo). The window faces a busy, loud and smelly street, impossible to let some fresh air in. But the worst thing is the thin walls. I could hear everything happening in the other rooms. Couldn't sleep because people in another room were chatting early in the morning (before 7). I could hear every single word, not kidding. The last thing is getting in there and out, there is 4 gates/door on the way in where one needs to type the code, takes lots of time and is really bothersome. Getting out is not intuitive either, I had to ask a person there to help me (buttons to open gates are a few meters away from them). The main door to the apartment works fine, but I struggled to open the key box for 10 minutes, even after reading the instructions, which obviously got me stressed. The codes came 3-4 hours by a message via booking, so one has to be online to get them.
