WH - Mono Sea Beach - Wifi

l'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario, l'aria condizionata funziona perfettamente, la posizione è eccellente.

Non c'è nessun posto dove asciugare asciugamani e costumi da bagno bagnati, il che è molto importante per una confortevole vacanza estiva.

Die Lage am Strand und mehr oder weniger im Zentrum von Sanremo ist ein Plus. Bis auf auf eine Waschmaschine war auch alles da, um selber zu kochen.

Leider war mein Zimmer benerdig, so dass man die Fensterläden nicht aufmachen konnte und ich bin mir nicht sicher ob die Klimaanlage richtig funktioert hat.

Location only less than 10 minute walk from station (if you google it from station make sure you put Parcheggio stazione and not Vecchia Statione). Apartment in great spot, in between the Marina and into the centre of town situated right on seafront. Has everything you need: kitchen oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, hob, pots and pans, utensils, cups and glasses and kitchen table,all look new so you can choose to eat in if you prefer. Bed comfortable even if actually fold up sofa type, lighting system along with kitchen system all update and modern. The decor nice and made it homely. Shower/bathroom again modern looking and clean...water always very hot. Loved the bathroom sink. TV was very good and the way it is positioned. Wifi good, there is a coffee machine too. There seems to be a small extra charge for linen and towels, but added to what I paid for and received it is still good value. Communication is done by Whatsapp, which may not be to everyone's liking, but simply enough with collecting the keys from the padlock outside. There is a Conad supermarket literally around the corner which was a great thing and so convenient. I can recommend the bar on the beach, Arenella, for coffee, which is more or less opposite the apartment. The restaurant next door, MB Patrizia, has some very good reviews though I didn't eat there myself.

One or two little trivial things I'd add or change, however, main negative is - and not the fault of the owners - is it is obviously a holiday resort so you are going to get noise from people at night going home after their meals out and those up early going for walks and coffee. The people themselves should be more courteous and be more respectful. Not sure if the alley way is a short cut for people going into town direction or if they were hotel guests nearby. That all said, I'd still choose here despite this for what you get and the location.
