L’accueil, la gentillesse, la propreté, la disponibilité, l excellent petit déjeuner, la terrasse et le jardin , la dame très sympathique et l’écoute.

This is a spacious lodge located in a quiet residential area, within walking distance of the bus station. After our booking, Indeewari contacted us to ask if we were interested in arranging a tour by car or tuk-tuk and provided helpful suggestions of places to visit. She also offered to prepare a meal for us, and we are very glad we chose to have her rice and curry. It was an outstanding dinner and the perfect way to end our trip to Sri Lanka — our last Sri Lankan dinner in the country. The setting made the experience even more special, and it’s a moment we will remember very fondly. The breakfast was also very good. Indeewari also kindly arranged a taxi for our return to Katunayake.

As the hostess was so kind an attentive, there were no negative points - The fridge in the lodge was not working, but Indeewari kindly stored our items in her own fridge. She also provided us with her personal kettle, since the one in the lodge stopped working, which we really appreciated.

Struttura bellissima, con un giardino enorme e ben curato. Camera pulitissima con un bel antibagno dove poter lasciare i bagagli. Bagno grande, bello e pulito. La struttura è leggermente decentrata ma la proprietaria è deliziosa e si è resa disponibile ad aiutarci a chiamare i tuk tuk con pick me. È stata inoltre gentilissima a prepararci la colazione molto presto (ore 6) per consentirci di andare a vedere i siti antichi in primissima mattinata e per andare a prendere il bus il giorno del rientro. È stata veramente preziosa.
