Alrashid Marrakech Boutique Hotel & SPA

Every thing

All was wonderful

This was, without a doubt, the best hotel experience I’ve ever had abroad. The stay was so wonderful that I will absolutely be returning. This riad has truly set a new standard for me. It is even more beautiful in person, and the photos simply don’t do it justice. Also in great location around the souks. The rooms are comfortable, beautifully maintained, air-conditioned, and incredibly peaceful. We were never bothered by noise and always felt relaxed and at home. From the moment we checked in, the staff was warm, and attentive. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and Ismail and Mehdi provided exceptional customer service throughout our stay. Acheraf, Ahmed, and Hajar were also incredibly sweet and kind. They made us feel so welcome and went out of their way to make our stay special. Hajar even did the most beautiful henna for me. I truly wish I could have stayed longer! This place was everything I could have hoped for and more. I will definitely be back and cannot recommend this riad enough.

Very helpful staff esp Hajjar. Truly enjoyed my stay.

The road to property was a bit scary

The rooms a good size and tastefully decorated. Roof top is beautiful.

The air conditioning is super noisy, there is nowhere to sit and do your hair and makeup so if you want to plug in a hair straightener and actually see your hair good luck! Ground floor rooms are noisy with people cleaning the pool area early. The roof although beautiful had no staff! We left a towel the day before on a bed, the next day it was still in the same place, despite there being lots of staff that appeared around 3pm to eat their lunch, there was nobody to get a drink or any service from. Ask for help with a taxi..no we cant do that. Ask for help recommending somewhere to get a dress pressed…no we cant do that. Ask for a restaurant recommendation…no we dont to that either…. This place is beautiful but the staff are lacking any kind of service and this made it really disappointing.
