La beauté de la vue, l’emplacement idéal. La gentillesse de la personne avec qui nous avions contact et sa réactivité.

Es ist ein sehr großes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment, man merkt, dass der Vermieter an alles denkt, der Blick vom Balkon ist sehr schön, die Lage ist sehr gut. Man findet leicht einen gratis Parkplatz in der Nähe.
Der Bereich um den Eingang des Hauses ist sehr schmutzig und heruntergekommen, wenn man die Fenster offen hat, ist es durch den Verkehr meist recht laut und man riecht auch die Abgase der Autos.

Die Aussicht ist traumhaft schön! Überwältigend schön! Die Wohnung ist gross und hell und mit allem notwendigen (und noch viel mehr…) ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt: zum Strand ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang und das Stadtzentrum erreicht man ganz gemütlich zu Fuss.

Η καταπληκτική θέα από το μπαλκόνι. Η εγγύτητα στην παραλία Αμμούδι. 15 λεπτά χαλαρό περπάτημα δίπλα στη θάλασσα, για να φτάσεις στη Βουλισμένη.
Η δυσκολία εύρεσης θέσης στάθμευσης, ισχύει όμως για όλη την πόλη. Θεωρώ την μπανιέρα του περιττή, θα προτιμούσα μια ντουζιέρα.
