Modern Coastal Villa with Heated Pool and Near the Sea in Ližnjan, Istria

Beautiful villa with everything you need. Friendly owner. The property has two terraces - when one is in the sun, the other is in the shade, so you always have a comfortable place to relax. If you’re travelling with a dog - the property is fully fenced, so even small dogs can safely be off-leash.

Property: Everything was great except AC which is really loud. Location: beaches aren’t particularly nice, but there are many new buildings in the area so the village seems to be developing and they may improve the beaches in the future? We preferred spending time by the pool anyway so this wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s worth keeping in mind if you’re mainly looking for a beach holiday.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Der Pool war absolut fantastisch – sauber, gepflegt und perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Haus selbst war sehr komfortabel, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeberin. Sie war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man hat sich von der ersten Minute an willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft und die schönen Urlaubstage!

You have everything you need in the villa, either you want to tan or relax in the pool (the pool is bigger than it looks in the picture). Our hostess (Darja) was super helpful and always available if we had questions about anything.

Nothing to complain about.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in der Villa. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Lage ist ruhig und nah am Meer. Mit dem Auto sind es ca. 5-10min. zu den großen Supermärkten und 10min. in die Stadt am Hafen, wo das Nachtleben für jeden was zu bieten hat. Die Villa ist sehr schön, hat eine gehobene Ausstattung und ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe und Tiefe. Es gibt einen Staubsauger und einen Wischeimer um während des Aufenthalts sauber zu machen. An Geschirr und Besteck ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Betten sind bequem und in beiden Schlafzimmern gibt es jeweils ein Bad mit Dusche. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!
