Modern design villa for ten to twelve persons with sea view. Large pool of 50 m2 is at yours disposial. Fenced land with private gate and large parking. Every of 4 room has it own terrace and bathroom. Situated only 800 m from the sea. Pula airport is 15 km distant. Medulin bars, sandy beach and seafront is only 2 km away as it is taxi boat for Levan island and his beutiful beach. Rt Kamenjak natural park is 10 minutes drive from the house. Restaurant on 150 m walking distance. Market is 200 m away.
One kitchen and gas grill terrace with large table for indoor outdoor lunch and dining. Kitchen includes gas point, microwave, washing machine and coffe machine.
Climatization in every room and also in two living rooms.
Morning View villa is ideal for large families or group of people who want to spend relaxing time on their own without interfernce from the
crowd and yet very near every local fiesta or event.
