Host was very responsive. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied. The apartment was very classy. Laundry on site was a huge bonus.

The apartment was very stylish, clean, very comfortable, and had a lovely summer atmosphere. The rooms were beautiful, well equipped, big enough, great advantage that there are 3 bathrooms, and we genuinely enjoyed the stay overall.

Unfortunately, after using the jacuzzi, two of the guests developed a skin infection/rash, and a third one had irritations/dry skin on her face. We later saw a doctor and were diagnosed with a staphylococcus bacterial skin infection, which required antibiotic treatment. This completely changed our impression of the stay. What was more disappointing was the way the issue was handled afterward. Instead of taking clear responsibility or showing proactive concern, the response of the owners was defensive. Meaningful action only happened after Booking.com had to intervene. So while the apartment itself has many positive qualities, in our opinion hygiene control of the jacuzzi and the way guest health concerns are managed need further improvement.
