Simplicity from the staff. 0 problems. 100% perfect. The WIFI speed was over 50Mbps. The TV has 1000+ programs. The air condition unit DAIKIN is on high level. Everything was clean. The kitchen was normal. The place is nearby Premantura, rt Kamenjak and nead Pula. The market PLODINE is 2 minutes from the place. We read a lot of comments from past turists. I have to say 90% of them is not TRUE. So believe me that the choice is 100% safe and amazing.

COULDN’T SLEEP

It was clean, new, there was a free parking space near the building

We thought it was a good rated but it was nothing like this- you should read the older ratings, it’s still the same. The beds were rock hard and pillows very uncomfy. It was impossible to sleep. The walls are paper thin. We could hear EVERYTHING!!! You could not fall asleep because of talking men till 2 o’clock at night. At 5-6 o’clock in the morning there were noises again but even worse. You could hear footsteps, crying children (both mornings) and sounds like someone is hitting their furniture to wall (very noisy). It ruined or holiday because of the sleepless nights. It’s crazy how pricy it is for these paper thin walls.

It’s not bad, but it didn’t convince us.

We liked the friendly host, the size of the apartment, and the terrace.

We didn’t like that we got an apartment that was different from the pictures and description. The view was of the lower apartments and not of the sea. The beds were very hard for my taste, but that’s a matter of preference.

Perfect :)

Definitely 10:) New and very clean appartment with 2 separate rooms.( room for parents can be locked with key).Comfortable beds , air condition. We enjoyed the view ( worth to have it) . Everything you need to cook . Good internet connection ( no complains from kids )). Big supermarket few min. drive . Beach 20 min calm walk ( if with kids) with free sunbeds ( at least for now ) and nature tree shade ( it was perfect) . Bar, shower at the beach, wc, everything needed ( 5 out of 8 days spent there) . For only 3 other days drove to the nearby wild beaches. Parking. Calm and quite ( sorry for the noise from us on the checkout day early morning). Thank you very much. We were lucky with weather and we wish all other guests the same:)

Uppfyllde tyvärr inte våra förhoppningar.

Fräscht nybyggt hus. Fanns det mesta man behövde i lägenheten. Fick snabb hjälp av företaget när toaletten inte fungerade.

Lägenheten utlovade havsutsikt men vi hade ett förfallet skjul som utsikt och en liten bit av sikt av havet längre bort. Alldeles för hårda sängar och soffa. På balkongen fanns ett litet cafébord och två stolar, fast lägenheten var för fyra.

Das neue und ansprechende Gebäude, der moderne und hochwertige Baustil, der unverbaute Ausblick auf die Bucht und den Yachthafen, die tolle Lage und die Nähe zu Supermarkt und Gastronomien, die herrliche Ruhe, die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber und des Personals waren hervorragend. So macht der Urlaub Spaß !

Eigentlich gar nichts ... oder doch: 2 Tage war das Wetter leider nicht so schön und es gab Regenschauer, Blitz und Donner ;-)

Bellavista su un porticciolo

Appartamento Bellavista di nome e di fatto con una bellissima terrazza che abbiamo usato sia per le colazioni che per qualche cena. Appartamento di nuova costruzione comodo spazioso e pulito. Zona molto tranquilla sia di giorno che di sera ma città come Pola e Rovigno facilmente raggiungibili per serate più movimentate.

L'unica cosa da cambiare sono i cuscini .. io, per non sbagliare, ho dormito senza. Tutto il resto è stato ineccepibile.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Das Appartement ist neu, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber mit einem Ausblick auf den malerischen Hafen.Die Betten sind bequem, die kleine Küche ist gut ausgestattet.es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, Strand in der Nähe ( zu Fuß waren es ca 10 Minuten), die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten da und eine Bäckerei eine Straße weiter, so hatten wir jeden Morgen frische Brötchen. Kap Kameniak und Pula sind in einigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, spricht deutsch, Check-in und out schnell und problemlos abgelaufen Vielen Dank

Misleidend

De badkamer en keuken waren comfortabel. De ligging was prettig.

Bij aankomst in ons appartement bleek dat het vuilnis van de vorige gasten niet was opgeruimd en de vaatwasser nog volstond. Al gelijk viel op dat we niet het appartement hadden dat op de foto’s afgebeeld stond. Er stonden 2 gebouwen, waarvan wij in de eerste verbleven. Op de foto’s van Booking stond een mooi balkon afgebeeld met een prachtig uitzicht over de haven. Echter keken wij met ons ‘penthouse apartment’ balkon uit op het appartementencomplex dat ons uitzicht voor 80% blokkeerde. Er was hierdoor totaal geen privacy of mooi uitzicht. Op de foto’s was het ‘penthouse apartment’ leuk en huiselijk aangekleed, maar in het echt was het een kale witte ruimte zonder enige decoratie. Hetzelfde geldt voor het balkon. We contactten de eigenaar om onze teleurstelling te delen en vroegen haar om met ons mee te denken. Dit omdat het appartement in vergelijking tot de foto’s erg misleidend was. De eigenaar gaf aan dat het onzin was. In een hotel mag je namelijk ook geen kamer uitkiezen, dus hier ook niet. Daarbij gaf ze aan dat het ons vrij stond om te vertrekken als het ons niet aanstond, maar we kregen ons geld niet terug. Tot mijn verbazing kreeg ik richting het einde van mijn verblijf een automatisch bericht van de eigenaar, waarin zij mij meerdere keren vroeg om het verblijf met een 10 te beoordelen. Erg vreemd als de service zo onpersoonlijk en slecht is en het contact uitermate onvriendelijk verloopt. Als afsluiting hebben we 25 minuten moeten wachten op de eigenaar voor het uitchecken, terwijl we hier een tijdstip voor hadden afgesproken. In al het contact dat we met de eigenaar hebben gehad, werd alles ontkend. Het zal mij niets verbazen als dat in de reactie op deze beoordeling ook gebeurt.
