The cosy house is situated in a beautiful location at the bay surrounded by olive trees and offers all amenities you need to make your stay unforgettable! The MTBs allow you to explore the breath taking region and the Whirlpool is just on the spot to enjoy sunset in the evening! Manuela and Elvis are very friendly and provide helpful recommendations for visits, boat renting or nice restaurants! We can only recommend the place and for sure we will come back! Das Ferienhaus entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Nur der ruhige Platz, so wie es in der Beschreibung steht, war nicht zu finden. Zum einen ist die Geräuschkulisse der gegenüber liegenden Strasse nach Premantura DEUTLICH zu hören. Zum anderen hatten wir das "Glück" den BAULÄRM des im Umbau befindlichen Clampingplatzes "Arena One 99" 12 TAGE (nur Sonntags wurde nicht gearbeitet) zu ertragen. ( Luftlinie ca.250 Meter ) Des weiteren geht das Hausgrundstück NICHT bis zum Wasser, ein ca. drei Meter breiter Streifen vor der Abzäunung gehört dem Nachbarn.(Bild 15) Dieser Nachbar beackerte sein Grundstück am Sonntagmorgen um 05.45 Uhr mit der Motorhacke. Wir standen im Bett!!! Er bewegt sich auch ganz UNGENIERT am Haus vorbei. Ein weiterer Nachbar (rechte Seite, auf Bild 1 nicht zu sehen) ist mit seinem Haus (Fertighaus) nur 45 Meter entfernt. Die Vermieter bemühten sich den Lärm abzustellen, konnten aber nichts ausrichten. Wir mussten uns mit der Aussage, Zitat:" Man wäre schliesslich nicht allein auf der Welt" zufrieden geben. Uns wurde deutlich gemacht das es in dieser Region nur Ruhephasen von 23.00 Uhr- 07.00 Uhr gibt, egal welcher Tag... Wir werden NICHT wiederkommen!!
