The hosts are very friendly and responsive. The rooms are spacious and cosy. We especially enjoyed the spa and the wine tasting — it was amazing.

We had a lovely stay at this accommodation. Everything was clean, the host was so welcoming, you could really see that they put a lot of effort into small details. SPA is very relaxing and breakfast is AMAZING. We'll definitely be back!

The accommodation is new and furnished with high-quality materials. Perhaps a few minor details are still missing, but I believe they will take care of that as well. The hosts are very friendly and full of good advice on what to visit in the area. The breakfasts are excellent, with homemade ingredients (homemade cheese, salami, prosciutto, jams, bread), and to top it all off, the accommodation also has a small wellness area with an excellent sauna and outdoor pool. The location itself is also fantastic for trips to the surrounding area, whether it's the Soča Valley, Italy with Trieste and Venice, or the Slovenian coast and Istria in Croatia. Ljubljana is also only an hour away by car. An ideal place to relax and enjoy good food and wine. I highly recommend it!

A Hidden Gem in the Slovenian Countryside – BRIC Spa and Relax We had the absolute pleasure of staying at BRIC Spa and Relax for four days, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Ava, who immediately made us feel at home. She introduced us to the spa area, which features two beautiful saunas that can be booked privately — a wonderful touch that added to the overall sense of tranquility and exclusivity. Our room was immaculate: modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. The spacious bathroom, efficient air conditioning, and incredibly comfortable beds ensured we had a restful stay. The highlight, however, was the balcony overlooking the picturesque Slovenian countryside — waking up to those views each morning was something special. Ava also hosted a wine tasting evening for us, showcasing a curated selection from their own vineyard. Every wine was excellent, and it was clear how passionate and knowledgeable Ava is about the vineyard and its production. The evening was enhanced by a spread of meats, cheeses, and bread — all either made onsite or locally sourced — which added a delightful culinary dimension to the experience. The location of BRIC is perfect for both relaxation and exploration. It's a peaceful retreat on its own, yet ideally situated for day trips — just 90 minutes from Lake Bled and the awe-inspiring views of Triglav National Park. It's also a short hop across the border to Italy, making it a great stop for anyone on a European road trip (a car is definitely recommended for getting around). What makes BRIC even more special is the warmth and dedication of the family who runs it. It's clear that generations have poured love and hard work into this place, creating an authentic Slovenian experience that feels both personal and genuine. Even the children added to the charm, greeting guests with smiles and hospitality.
