Si mires les fotos al fer la reserva, sembla que l’apartament de piscina … però la realitat es una piscina comunitaria… No ho diu que sigui piscina privada, però les fotos ho intueixen

The apartment is quite new, modern and very comfortable, the view is breathtaking, the terrace is amazing. There are two modern bathrooms, enough space for the family of 4.

The one thing we were disappointed about is this: the listing and specifically its photos make an impression there are facilities belonging to the apartment, that guest is free to use, e.g. private beach and its pool, but that is not quite true. You can use them, but e.g. the sunbeds at private beach are 60EUR+ for a day. Also, the apartment suffers a bit from "southern engineering", mostly small things, but some parts of the terrace flooring are already coming apart. Some manual in the apartment would be nice, we had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves (even though Kira was really helpful when I asked, just didn't want to bother her with everything)

Die Lage ist traumhaft. Wir waren für 3 Nächte zu viert im Mai vor Ort. Die Raumaufteilung ist spitze und in der Küche fehlt auch nichts. Zu dieser Zeit ist in der Anlage noch wenig los. Ausflüge nach Grado und Triest sind sehr leicht möglich. Das Auto wird wie in einem Hochsicherheitsgefängnis eingesperrt. 🤣

Eigentlich nur einzelne Terrassenbretter, die sich aufgrund von Regen etwas gelöst bzw aufgestellt haben und so zu einer Stolperfalle wurden. Es gibt für E-Autos keine Lademöglichkeit beim Parkplatz.

Portopiccolo is luxury condominium which is very pleasant, apartment is on the top of the complex, beautiful view and terrace. A lot of space, well equipped and modern.

The host is very rude. Have in mind that listed properties like pool and spa are not part of apartment but part of condominium. Also we were missing towels, and had some dirty blankets. After complaint that blankets are dirty, and that pool is not in scope of apartment, owner told us that pool is on the beach it works in summer and for clean blankets to go to Egypt. Very racist. .
