Great staying

Our staying was perfect. Alexei, Kira and Elena were helpful and kind. They answered anytime we had some requests. We were there with 2 kids and they provided high chairs for one of them! The view is amazing and the beach as well.

in our opinion the flat wasn’t clean properly, especially bathroom wardrobe and living room were dirty. Please be aware that in the 2 bedrooms there aren’t dark curtains, therefore the light comes really early in the morning. For us was ok but our kids woke up too early because of this 😢

Don't visit in winter. Rude host

Portopiccolo is luxury condominium which is very pleasant, apartment is on the top of the complex, beautiful view and terrace. A lot of space, well equipped and modern.

The host is very rude. Have in mind that listed properties like pool and spa are not part of apartment but part of condominium. Also we were missing towels, and had some dirty blankets. After complaint that blankets are dirty, and that pool is not in scope of apartment, owner told us that pool is on the beach it works in summer and for clean blankets to go to Egypt. Very racist. .

Apartment is amazing; very silent (at least during low season, October 2022). The entire resort is a great place. Owner and staff are helpful and responsive.

A simple 220v socket in the garage would be extremely helpful for EV charging as public charging stations in the vicinity are not existing.

Great location, apartment was perfect for us (family with 2 kids) everything was clean, modern interior. The view was amazing - overlooking the habour and area. huge terrace. definitely coming back!

La posizione e la casa in generale molto bella e la vista sul mare

Il fatto che siamo entrati in casa e c’erano 9.5 gradi all’interno e senza alcun tipo di luce,perché si erano dimenticati di accendere il contatore della luce, poi davvero troppo sporco per essere un appartamento così nuovo e bello, lavatrice non funzionante e nemmeno il wifi funzionava (il telefono senza wifi prende davvero poco all’interno)

Predlagam , da usposobite osebje z točnimi lokacijami apartmajev, in dvignete nivo čistoče .

Predaja ključev ne morem podati enega pozitivnega komentarja, ker smo izgubile 2,5 h, da smo same nato našle pravi apartma. Prva navodila iskanja app. so bila zavajajoča s strani varnostnikov, ki niso prejeli pravih informacij. Čistoča v apartmaju ni bila na ravni , ki bi jo pričakoval na taki lokaciji , glede na višino plačila. Všeč mi je bil razgled iz apartmaja.

Milo rečeno katastrofa. Oseba , ki je predala ključe in še dodatni varnostnik Gino , nam nista uspela podati informacij o pravilni lokaciji apartmaja. Po dveh urah in pol iskanja , smo se same podale na iskanje , Nato končno našle app in ga odprle z ključi. Kartice niso delovale. Varnostnik Gino nas je peljal v PR3 namesto PR 1, v garaži zelo hladno, pihalo in po dveh urah in pol iskanje lokacije, ki bi jo naj prejel v roku cca 5-10 minut, katastrofa. Običajno so v takih nastanitvah osebe, ki te popeljejo do apartmaja ali do hotelske sobe. Pri takem plačilu sem pričakovala več suporta oz , da tudi varnostnik pozna lokacijo in te pripelje do želenega apartmaja. Ne morem reči , da se varnostnik ni trudil , toda enostavno ni poznal ali imel prave informacije o lokaciji apartmaja.
