Location.
The room is small and unfortunately smelt musty. A few ants in the kitchen. Men must sit on the toilet to wee due to the tilted ceiling over the toilet making it impossible to stand. No air con which was declared once booked.

Beautiful studio in a quiet location very close to a main shopping district. Well maintained and clean.
The toilet/shower is very small and cramped, without much privacy from the bedroom. Fine for a short stay but wouldn’t want to be using it for much longer than that. Read the fine print carefully - no air conditioning. A small fan was provided.
