Excellent lively location, easy to check in and out, tram is a 2 minute-walk away. Air conditioned which was SUPER important when I visited in summer. Staff is very responsive via messages. Thank you for that

Me gustó mucho como cada duda que tenía me respondían al instante sin dejarme incomunicada, este factor lo valoré mucho. En relación al trato que recibimos por parte del recepcionista fue impecable, muy profesional, amable y atento. Por otro lado en relación a las habitaciones muy cómodas, modernas y bien limpias, es un lugar que sin lugar a dudas volvería si fuera a viajar otra vez a Madrid y se lo recomendaría a mis amistades o familiares.
Sinceramente no hay nada que no me haya agradado, todo fue excelente.

Lo céntrico muy cerca de la estación metro sol. Otro punto destacable es que tiene aire acondicionado y ascensor.
El baño es muy pequeño, pero funcional
