Ci vorrebbe una valutazione ben oltre il 10! La struttura è in un'ottima posizione, vicina al mare (raggiungibile anche a piedi con una passeggiata), bar, ristoranti, supermercati, farmacie. Molto centrale, ma lontano dalla confusione e con una vista mare stupenda. Le camere sono esattamente come da descrizione/foto: nuovissime, funzionali e curate in ogni minimo dettaglio (dai mobili, alle porte, all'illuminazione). La verandina è super attrezzata e consente di godere della splendida vista mare. C'è la possibilità di utilizzare la cucina comune per consumare e preparare i pasti e , sempre nella zona comune anche una jacuzzi. Un plus non indifferente è la cortesia, professionalità, disponibilità e simpatia dell'host. Sempre pronti a soddisfare (e anticipare) ogni ns minima richiesta e ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Sono più di dieci anni che prenoto strutture online, ma un soggiorno stupendo come questo non l'ho mai fatto.

During our holiday in Sardinia, we stayed in four different places, and Fabrizia’s was, without a doubt, our absolute favourite. Fabrizia is such a warm and genuinely welcoming person — cheerful, communicative, always smiling, and always ready to help. She gave us wonderful suggestions for activities and excellent restaurants, and from the very beginning she made us feel completely at home. We stayed for three nights and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. Unfortunately, at some point real life sends you back to work… so you can start planning your next trip to Sardinia! And we will definitely be back. We will remember this place with so much affection: the warm and inviting room, the very comfortable bed, the air conditioning that was an absolute blessing during the hot summer days, the spacious terrace, the jacuzzi, and the lovely sea view. The location is incredibly peaceful and quiet, and the rooms are very well insulated, so we enjoyed complete peace and a great night’s sleep. There are also plenty of parking spaces nearby, which was very convenient for us. Everything has been thought of to make guests feel comfortable: a washing machine with detergent provided, drying racks and plenty of clothes pegs, and more than enough beautifully soft towels. We also found cold water waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived — such a simple but very welcome gesture after travelling on a hot summer day. The kitchen deserves a special mention because it is exceptionally well equipped. We have rarely stayed anywhere that provided so many thoughtful little extras: really good coffee, delicious teas, spices, honey, olive oil and everything you might need. We even had fresh tomatoes from the garden — such a lovely touch! There is a wonderful feeling of generosity and genuine hospitality here. It is not simply a place to sleep; it is the kind of place that becomes part of your memories of Sardinia.

Ci è piaciuta la vista, la pulizia, la disponibilità e gentilezza della coppia che gestisce la struttura. Sono stato gentilissimi con consigli e grande disponibilità! Ogni giorno trovavamo nella cucina comune alle stanze pomodori del loro orto, deliziosi! Ogni camera era pulita, con un frigo per contenere le proprie cose, un bagno nuovo e pulito. Tutto è di recente costruzione e preparato con cura. Ogni stanza ha all esterno un tavolino con due sedie per mangiare, un ombrellone, due portonicine con il tavolino per rilassarsi e una poltroncina comoda di quelle appese, con cuscini, perfetta per rilassarsi. Ogni camera ha anche la sua macchinetta del caffe con cialde già fornite. La cucina comune è ben fornita con tutto, pentole, piatti, strofinacci, bicchieri, e dei condimenti in condivisione, cialde del caffè…. C’è la lavatrice in comune, noi l’ abbiamo usata più volte. È grande ed era disponibile anche del detersivo se non si fosse forniti. Tutto delizioso, soprattutto i proprietari! Delle persone squisite! Il centro è raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata (8min). Consigliato a tutti!
