Квартира светлая, чистая, уютная с красивым интерьером, полностью соответствует описанию. Продумано всё до мелочей, имеется всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Порадовало удобное местоположение, квартира находится в спокойном районе недалеко от центра, рядом есть продуктовые магазины, кафе, остановки общественного транспорта. Заезд и выезд прошли легко и без проблем. Владелец очень доброжелательная и внимательная, была на связи, всё четко организовано. Нам было очень приятно остановиться здесь, чувствуешь себя как дома. Обязательно вернемся при следующей поездке в Алматы!

Снимала квартиру с 1 по 27 июня 2026 года. Чистая квартира в супер-удобном месторасположении. Общественный транспорт под боком. Рядом много кафе, есть столовка, куча нотариусов, стоматологий, салонов красоты, аптек, медицинских центров, и т.д. Любые вопросы решаются хозяйкой очень быстро и эффективно.
1) Сосед-курильщик (окна лишний раз не откроешь) 2) Отсутствие духовки (мне пришлось сесть на оздоровительную диету и приготовление здоровой (не жареной пищи) было невозможно. Но здесь нет вины хозяйки квартиры, поэтому оценку не снижаю.
