It’s a lovely apartment closer to the city centre. Has all amenities possible and the hostess had provided thoughtful amenities in the room as well, from some puzzles ( good for young children and adults ) to nice frames on the walls gives a cozy vibe . Easy checking in check out process and exceptionally clean. I would recommend this place highly In Almaty !

Всё было прекрасно. Всё нужное в квартире есть. Вокруг много магазинов, в шаговой доступности несколько кафе. Недалеко крупный ТЦ Мега-Парк. Отдельное спасибо хозяйке. Очень помогла в одной ситуации. Спасибо!

Really clean and the staff is friendly could speak English well

It is near the Mega Park Mall and other restaurants. And the best part is the customer service of the owner. She is very helpful to me especially when I had a hard time exchanging the dinar currency. She was the one looking for the exchange currency shop. And she did not get the safety deposit at all. And at my last day she booked my taxi going to the airport since I cannot download the app. She even prepared a thoughful thing for my birthday when I arrived. I recommend this apartment. And it is very safe to stay here since all the doors have locked or password before going thru. Thank you Maam for your hospitality and very good customer service. Hope to see you soon.

I think only the towels and comforter to change to a new one.
