    We made two visits in July 2026. At 450 baht pppn you can't beat it. Its a short walk to the market, laundromat, ATM, and the beach. We stayed on the eight floor. Clean room, two queen beds a balcony, decent shower, even a mini fridge. There is a kettle but bring your own coffee or tea bags. The morning coffee down stairs is very basic and only available for a few hours. This is basic accommodation but it has plenty of parking and a swimming pool. We made a second trip there last week end.

    Low price for convenience of location to afternoon/night market, 711, scooter hire, restaurants, pharmacy, weed shops, alcohol wholesale shops and more. Most rooms have good view.
