    Small quiet hotel with large and spacious rooms. Typical Thai cleanliness in room and around the building. Super friendly and smiling staff. I personally much prefer these small hotels to the huge condo complexes and large hotels. The location is ideal on main road right between jomtien and pattaya beaches. I can walk to either in under 30 minutes. Hop on hop off pickups constantly running up and down street for THB 15 a ride. Literally an infinite number of bars, restaurants and massage parlors within a 30 minute walking radius or short hop on transport ride. I booked this room during the massive Thai Songkran (new year) festival, and the room rate was still very reasonable!

    Everything was good , except no slippers in the toilet i think no one brings this kind of things from home and they expect this in hotel room

    Easy to get to local attractions. Price is cheap and so are the accommodations. No elevator. Front desk staff makes minimal effort.
