    Air con in the foyer was turned off, had to ask staff to turn on as myself and other guest waiting for the rooms to be available at 2pm were hot and uncomfortable. Also be advised that the Hotel Policy is a 500 baht CASH deposit on the swipe card for the room that is not mentioned in the booking policy, I didn’t have cash and was told I could use Scan Payment, but it would take 2 weeks for the money to be refunded after my stay. I would not stay at this hotel again when there are other hotels with more pleasant atmosphere and helpful proactive staff.

    On arrival the parking is limited with not much scope for street parking The reception staff were just OK. Not really friendly as I have found in most hotels. Virtually all the staff are Indian, as are virtually all the visitors. There is a 500 bt deposit for the room. The room was adequate for my stay. The cost of the room was extremely low and therefore good value for money. However the walls are thin and I could here talking from the next door room well into the early hours. The room is on the edge of a very busy road so I could here traffic all night. The breakfast was quoted as between 8am to 10am. However when I tried to get my breakfast at 8am they had not even started to prepare it. It actually arrived at 8.30am after I chased up the reception staff. Extremely basic breakfast was delivered which, personally, I do not believe warranted the 150bt pp stated price. However f it's included in the room price it works out reasonable. If I stayed again I would just have the room with no breakfast and eat elsewhere. Overall if you are on a very restricted budget this hotel can be for you although it is situated away from the Pattaya nightlife so a Bolt taxi would be necessary.
