4-Bedroom Two-Storey House With Views Near Beach

The balcony and the view is exceptional!

The spa wasn’t working which we weren’t told about even though it was advertised

The home was spacious and the view from the balcony was awesome. We had a hire car and it was close enough to all that we wanted to do.

The home was in a little need of some TLC. The rangehood and the air fryer didn't work at all. The Spa had been unserviceable for a time and we were unable to use it. The kitchen was poorly equipped. We didn't have any mixing bowls, a whisk or hand mixer or any storage containers for leftovers. There were a few good coffee cups but not enough and there were some extremely large round ones which weren't all that suitable. When we arrived, there were no hand towels, face washers or bathmats and only one tea towel for an entire week - no dishwashing tabs either (at least seven would have been helpful). I called the Concierge and she went out and bought some hand towels, face washers and tea towels for us but no bathmats. The mattress in the main bedroom should be replaced as you both tend to roll toward to the middle. The AEG oven was very difficult to operate. I think that we just jagged it but have no idea about a lot of the flashing lights so it would be beneficial to have an instruction manual in the drawer below it. All in all, we paid over $4,200 to stay for a week - you would think that the owners could spend $100 of that to equip the kitchen a little better and repair or replace items that are not functioning. We are a group that stay home for a lot of our meals and take turns in cooking special meals, so all in all we found the kitchen somewhat disappointing for just the basic needs, compared to many of the places we have stayed in the past.

Not as well equipped as hoped. Only 1 proper knife for cooking Rice cooker is also broken Plants seem under watered Beds are a little uncomfortable
