Un grande appartamento, molto carino, ben arredato con gusto e soprattutto molto pulito. I gestori persone molto cordiali e disponibili. La struttura su richiesta mette a disposizione le biciclette. La struttura dista circa 10 km dal centro ma considerando che Monaco è una città piena di piste ciclabili, se amate la bicicletta, la distanza dal centro non è un problema. Unico problema riscontrato è che le biciclette non hanno le luci e quindi la sera è preferibile non rientrare tardi. La zona è residenziale, un quartiere tranquillo. Si può parcheggiare l'auto sulla strada gratuitamente.
