Great localisation and friendful Host, what's the most impotant for me, this was quiet place

1. I was afraid that it's pretty small (28 m2) but it's only room. If kitchen, bathroom is included it would be 40 m2 at least. So It was good surprise. 2. Apartment was very warm, I had to switch central heating to be a bit more cool as I like. 3. It's not seeo no the photos but there is a desk which was very convenient for me to work from home. 4. Wi-Fi is excellent, no issues at all. 5. Location was even better than I expected. I walked on foot and there is a short pass to the central prospect which my path even shorter than I expected. Enough numbers of shops nearby. 6. At the same time the street is pretty quiet, so no much noise. In general great value for money. 7. Bathroom is clean, no issues with hot water, just need to wait a bit while it's adjusted.

Just a very minor,: 1. One pan and one small saucepan are on the kitchen. Would like to have at least one bigger pan. 2. Ceiling is a bit cracking when people who lives on the upper floor are walking here. Could hear it only in silence. 3. Mattress is a bit softer than I like and pillow is a bit higher. Was able to adjust pillow a bit and another side of the bed seemed harder. So it was fully ok for me. Coffee maker and microwave oven would make my stay nicer but it's not mentioned in description so not a problem.

Отличная квартира с хорошим местоположением. В квартире есть все необходимое для жизни. Стиральная машина и напольная сушилка для белья тоже. Ванная удобная, все новое, есть полотенца, туалетная бумага, стиральный порошок, мыло и тд. Холодильник,фен, утюг - все есть. Хозяин- замечательный человек, очень отзывчивый, все подскажет,расскажет. В следующий раз уже знаем где будем останавливаться.
