Все аккуратно, чисто, есть все необходимое для жизни. Бытовая техника исправна, полотенца, постельное- все в наличии. Мебель новая, все комфортно и удобно. Главное для нас было наличие пандуса в подъезде, он есть еще и К подъезду. Т к я с ограниченными возможностямм, то для нас это было очень важно. До квартиры добрались без проблем. 2 лифта рабочих так же есть. Прекрасное расположение, есть все необходимое рядом, магазины, аптеки, агрохаб, метро. Мини душ в туалете возле унитаза отдельный плюс, проведена горячая и хололная вода- это очень предусмотрительно!)
Вай фай не работает. Подключается но не грузит абсолютно ничего. Сидели с мобильного. Так же очень не хватало розеток для зарядки устройств. 1 розетка на всю комнату. Желательно приобрести удленнители на такой случай. С парковкой проблемы, двор очень маленький, от шлакбаума ключей нет.
