We had a wonderful weekend at Cabin on the Hill! First of all, Alan was incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly, making us feel at home from the very beginning. Everything in the cabin has clearly been handcrafted with great care, attention to detail, and love. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the star-filled sky at night is something you simply shouldn’t miss. If you’re looking for complete privacy, beautiful nature, and total peace and quiet, this is the perfect place. The last short section of the road leading to the cabin is a bit rough, but as long as you drive carefully, it’s absolutely manageable. We would happily come back and highly recommend this place!

Very calm in the middle of nature with a beautiful view!

All was great!

Lovely cabin! The surrounding is quite empty - but this is exactly why we have chosen this spot. Just nature, beautiful landscape and silence. The cabin is well equipped, fast WIFI. Of course you need to mind it is a just a wooden cabin - don't expect luxurious! Interior is just cozy.

During our stay there were problems with PV, and owner had to run diesel generator from time to time - but it wasn't that disturbing.
