Good location, with the possibility to park inside your car when not fully booked. Next to a stream that you can hear all night! Traditional home feeling. Easy check in process and good communication with the owners.

Cleanliness, comfort, independence, space, electric car charging possibility, even if with my proper portable charger, still socket available and at disposition
It's hard to learn how to open the basement dining room door as the key on the key chain is not designated and then even to place it properly might take a few attempts, which is not necessarily enjoyable even if only a minor hassle.
