De netheid en de locatie
De voorste slaapkamer : daarvan sloot het raam niet goed waardoor je iedereen kon horen die voorbij liep ( appartement nummer 2 begane grond )

The lady who rented was very helpful in any way and she help with everything.She was lovely. 10/10
Easy transport access and very close to a nice boulevard.
The flat it is very noisy and not sound proof at all.neighbors were talking always till up to 2-3 in the morning(am),banging the doors,shouting to each other,was quite difficult to fall asleep.And the weed smell was everywhere,inside the house,outside the house,building hallway,etc.One of the rooms doesn't have a window which is quite uncomfortable.

The outdoor space is lovely . The location is great as it’s near the Metro .
The living room was too small for 6 people . One 2 seater sofa and two hard chairs in a narrow space was not conducive to having a good evening in . The table in the kitchen also only set up for 4 or 5people .
The soundproofing is very poor . The noise from above of people scraping chairs and flushing toilets could be heard at all hours .
