location is convenient for taking public transportation to city centre , staff are friendly and willing to solve problems.

The location was good, the appartment had everything you need. There were toiletries in the bathroom, a hairdryer and an iron.
The appartment was not exactly clean, there were some details that they can improve i.e. tiles in the bathroom has to be cleaned, the windows were really dusty and there was a little bit of mould. The bed in the big bedroom has to be changed, the base was completely ripped off. The second bedroom with the double bed was very small. We got a message of the owners saying that the neighbours complained about noise coming from the appartment, when we once returned to the appartment at about 23:30 and talked to each other, not making any excessive noise. At the contract we signed was stated that we have to evacuate tha apartment if any complaints are made, so we got really stressed and frustrated as we were really quiet. There were no suitable sheets for the hot weather , we had to sleep with the duvet and were really sweating during sleep.

good space for 3 adults using separate rooms for business. Nice communal space in kitchen and living room.
some of the sockets did not work or electrical items like iron or heater.

Our check-in agent Pablo was very nice and helpful.
The location of the apartment was perfect, in a quiet yet very well connected area.
The apartment was very spacious and had enough space to fit at least 8-9 people.
I would suggest a contactless check in , it feels way more private and secure .
PLEASE put some effort on the cleanliness of the property.
