We booked a last minute room and all went fine on short notice. Room was very clean and modern. For short stay its fine, just note that there is no windows/balcony on room. Tram stops are near of house, so its very easy to travel to Tallinn center in 10 minutes. Parking for car was available.

Not having a window. But that's not a big deal as long as I had an alarm clock. Not having hot water

self checkin (key in the box), location near tram, some kitchen.
The apartment was completely empty. There were no towels or soap in the bathroom when we moved in (though some appeared after we asked). It was very cold at night, even with summer weather outside. There was also no Wi-Fi.
