Sector residencial, cómodo y accesible. Cerca de comercio y paradas de autobuses, muy cerca de la playa de Stroomi y a unos 25 minutos del casco antiguo.
Las instalaciones era básicas, el aseo regular y estaba muy poco equipado. La cama era muy incómoda y los cubiertos y electrodomésticos estaba sucios.

Soodne ööbimiskoht Stroomi ranna lähedal. Kontaktivaba sissepääs. Privaatne wc ja duširuum. Olemas külmkapp, mikrolaineahi jmt.
Voodi oli väga ebamugav, st iga väiksemagi liigutuse peale nagises tugevalt. Oli hirm, et voodi läheb katki (kuigi välimuselt tundus, et on uus). Hommikul kisasid akna taga kajakad, mis samuti segas magamist.
