Good location. Nice and spacious apartment.

Registering took time and when I arrived there was no electricity in the building.

Perfect BCG uptown location with shopping centre access just downstairs, clean & tidy condo unit with coffee and towels provided.

The long queues for the lifts during peak hours were frustrating.

Nice environment, clean and spacious, easy access to uptown mall and walking distance to a lot of good restaurants nearby.

Very uncomfortable system of check in, you have to go to another building bringing with yourself your baggage!!! With my back pain it was absolutely awful. But the worst, they don’t provide any sort of luggage storage before check in or after check out. It ruined my journey and made the Manila visit terrible and useless. Other storages didn’t work in the city, so the visit was just nonsense and spend of money on nothing. The room itself is very loud, no soundproof. The smell of cigarettes from the corridor and instructions on the lock sweet also a minus. The last thing is a constant pushing in the messages. Distracting you all the time with huge long messages with awful and not structured text. My Manila visit in the end of the journey was a disaster. Never again (.
