Zaista funkcionalan stan, sa mnogo više potrepština od očekivanog- ubrus, toalet papir, kafa, čaj, celokupan kuhinjski pribor, peškiri, veš mašina, komarnici na svim prozorima, čokoladice na stolu, tv! Sve pohvale. Dodatno je dobra pozicija uz stenu, pa nije previše svetao stan-može da se spava i boravi bez klime.
Nije nam se dopao što parking ipak nema. Izuzetno nebezbedno mesto ispred zgrade, a radionica koja se pored nalazi prilikom rada baca farbu unaokolo, i što u samom apartmanu ima dosta paukova, na sve strane.
