A clean and quiet flat at a nice location with a very helpful hostess.

A clean and quiet flat at a nice location, just a short walk from the shoreline. The hostess is very kind and accommodating and provided whatever kitchen utensils I needed. She also helped me getting a taxi on my way out. There are some nice gardens on the property well kept by the hostess.

The mattress is a bit old. Power outlets are located at inconvenient spots throughout the apartment. I wish the shower had a curtain. The flat seemed somewhat cluttered for my taste.

Exceptional

If you are looking for a comfortable place, I would highly recommend visiting Apartmani Pandurevic. When we entered the apartment, it was perfectly clean. The location is great. You don’t hear any noise from the clubs and parties, but at the same time, you can take a quick walk and be at any beach, restaurant, or club within minutes. One thing that I liked the most was seamless communication with our host. It was super easy to get all the needed information, make adjustments, and get recommendations.

In terms of bad things, there wasn't anything to complain about. Overall, great experience.

Wasted money. I left after only 3 nights

The room was clean and the accomodation is at a reasonable distance from the sea. However you have to go uphill. When I came, the owner told me I could check in before 14h as the room was not occupied at that moment

About the owner The owner of this property tried to extort money from me outside of booking platform saying that she could not retrieve payment from booking. However, that was not my issue as I paid in advance on booking directly and had proof of the payment. She molested me for 2 days about this and after that she supposedly resolved the issue with her booking manager. I just wanted to relax and enjoy my vacation, however she constantly messaged me about this and she took every chance to talk to me in person about this. I did not feel very welcome. About the room Very noisy accomodation with thin walls. The guests made noise during the night and I could not sleep. In the morning the housekeepers would make the noise and talk loudly, so I could not sleep either. The room was very modest and I paid for it as if it were a 5 star room. There was no AC as advertised. The furniture was old with an old tv. The bed was uncomfortable and creaking. I was planning to stay for 7 nights and paid for it, however I left after 3 and wasted my money. I found a great appartment nearby for the same price per night.

Internet connection can be better, but I took in consideration the fact that we went to the apartment in the middle of the season.

I booked a private room for a couple with the pregnant woman.I got confirmation.When we go to them the staff tells us that there is no room and no post free.As far as we understand their interest was only if we have dinner at the their restaurant or not. We had to spend the night in the car.☹

Bad

Nothing. This more like a low-quality high-price hostel. It’s definitely doesn’t suit for families with kids. Few facts about the accommodations: 1. Rooms on the top floor have no a/c, street is very noisy, fan they provide is also noisy. You can’t keep the door wide open as the hall and bathroom are shared between 4 rooms on the floor. So you have no choice to sleep well - it will be either hot or noisy or someone will be staring at you in the open door 2. Pillows are terrible, not sure what is inside but they should buy new one with higher quality 3. WiFi is not working most of the time on the 3 floor. The only positive thing I can mention - we left apartments at 9am(we checked in at 10pm and even were ready to do it earlier but have to wait for hostess to give us registration) and had plenty of time to enjoy the town and sea.

Never ever come to this place without having plan B. We booked a room for 2 kids and 2 adults in the afternoon and informed we’ll arrive at 10pm. No one ever contacted us - that was the first strange thing. On arrival something strange started - even without greeting the hostess told us that her “virtual” manager did a mistake and the room we’ve booked is for 2 person only (there was just a single bed) even though on the site it was claimed it can fit 3 adults and a kid. Ok, we agreed to stay there for just one night(it was already 10pm and we had sleeping kid in the car) and asked for a discount - pay the price for 2 person room. Well, the hostess was really surprised that we don’t want to stay for 2 nights and said that now we work privately with her and the price for 1 night would be different! She asked double price of the two adults room price. And if we want to stay we should at least pay the price for 4 people room. She mentioned all the time that we won’t find any other apartments and that there are a lot of visitors in her apartments. We felt like we were placed in situation when we have no choice(she didn’t find good answers as why they didn’t contact us earlier about their mistake) and she is trying to get as much money from us as she can. Finally, we insisted that this is not our fault and we just want to sleep one night and leave early in the morning- we were told to wait while she will prepare the room, but only after she finish her other duties(from 30 minutes and longer as she said), even though we mentioned several times we have kids and they already asleep. Finally, after an hour of negotiations we were given 2 separate rooms on a top floor(no a/c, one with windows on the noisy street) with a shared bathroom with visitor in 2 other rooms. The hostess was kind to bring us bottle of water and agree to make registration for us for one day. Terrible experience! At some point I was thinking they will just close the doors in front of us.

parlo della stanza Deluxe Double Room with Balcony: 1) scoprirete dopo che il bagno privato non è in camera ma bisogna uscire dalla stanza ed attraversare il corridoio in comune con altre camere; tutte le camere presenti in Apartmani Pandurevic hanno un bagno privato (private bathroom) quindi la descrizione è ingannevole e quando entrerete avrete una prima spiacevole sopresa 2) le dimensioni delle lenzuola non sono adeguate al materasso, sono più piccole 3) il frigorifero è parecchio rumoroso 4) la vasca da bagno non ha una tenda, quindi è facile bagnare l'intero bagno 4bis) le stanze accanto alla vostra sono per fumatori ed il corridoio diventa un affumicatoio nonostante la porta d'ingresso aperta 5) mi sono stati chiesti soldi extra per il parcheggio: se guardate nella pagina di Apartmani Pandurevic https://www.booking.com/hotel/me/apartmani-pandurevic.html la parola parcheggio privato (private parking) si riscontra 5 volte ed una sola volta si riscontra in questa forma "paid on-site private parking"! se vi sfugge questa unica espressione vi illuderete che sia gratis... ovviamnte quando arriverete non vi si dirà nulla fino al giorno che precede la partenza: sono 7 euro a giorno (ovviamnte avranno è un parcheggio vigilato ed assicurato... o no? ho chiesto una ricevuta del pagamento ma mi è stata rifiutata... 6) avendo letto nella pagina di Apartmani Pandurevic: "Modern Amenities: Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and a dining area." tramite email di Booking mi sono prenotato per l'uso, testualmente " I have to use the washing machine, I have some clothes to wash": mai avuto risposta, meglio non lasciare traccia scritta; in breve, dopo aver recriminato sull'uso della lavatrice lei mi ha lavato senza però accennare o quantificare un pagamento: altra sopresa, 10 euro! ho chiesto una ricevuta del pagamento ma mi è stata rifutata!

Optimalna opcija za kraći boravak

Apartman je na dobroj lokaciji. Postoji mogućnost parkinga (koji se naplaćuje). Wi-Fi je bio stabilan i brz u apartmanu u kojem smo boravili. Sve je veoma čisto. Domaćica je konstruktivna i spremna na saradnju.

Neophodno je informisati se i potvrditi sve važne detalje sa domaćicom pre dolaska, kako bi se izbegli naknadni nesporazumi. Kupatila su u nekim apartmanima odvojena od soba i deli ih hodnik.

Nemam više mesta dole al svakako zaobilazite ovaj apartman pogotovo ako ste mladi.

Da ne bih bila previše nepristojna kao što je gazdarica (menadžerka) bila sa nama, imam samo da kažem ukoliko želite da se osamite i odmorite ovo definitivno nisu apartmani za vas. Prvo nigde na sajtu nije označeno da su kupatila i kuhinja zajedničke prostorije koje delite sa drugim gostima. Ukoliko ostanete pri tome da deo koji ste uplatili preko kartice oni vama skinu kad dodjete, na sve to skinuće vam dodatno 3% poreza. Vlasnica odnosno menadžerka je veoma neljubazna i ne može se sa njom bez konflikta komunicirati, prvo čim smo došli je bila zbunjena što sam ja rezervisala apartman za moje društvo i to ju je strašno uvredilo i zbunilo (stvarno mi nije jasno), izvređala mi je drugaricu bez ikakvog osnova i narednih dana nakon incidenta je nastavila sa nekim stvarno nebitnim informacijama o nama da se bavi. Došla je oko 50 puta do apartmana bez potrebe, verovatno još 50 dok smo bili na plaži samo što mi to ne znamo. Sve je za nju predstavljalo problem, i mi smo bili navodno ti koji nju pokušavaju da prevare. Da ni ne spominjem to što sam pokušavala 60 puta da ih dobijem preko telefona par dana za redom pre nego što smo trebali da dodjemo za neke bitne informacije, niko mi se nije odazvao ni na telefon ni na buking sve do 2 dana pre dolaska. Ako stvarno želite da se odmorite i da možda popodne sednete na terasu svog apartmana sa prijateljima to je apsolutno nemoguće u ovim apartmanima. Ja još uvek nisam nigde doživela da ne smem da dovedem prijatelje na kafu posle plaže, stvarno nebuloze. Jeste lokacija okej, ali iskreno pre bih šetala svaki dan 3 km do plaže nego se ikad vratila ovde, i tako se osećaju i svi moji prijatelji. Otvorili su krevet na razvlačenje u apartmanu, došla je da kaže da je nepropisno otvoren ( ne razumem, ili umeš ili ne umeš da otvoriš krevet? Šta tačno tu može da bude nepropisno?), ostavili su torbe u hodniku na komodi da nadju ključeve od apartmana, stvorila se u dve sekunde da kaže da torbe tu ne smeju da stoje (opet ne razumem).

Az ár-érték arány rendben volt.

Nagyszerű helyen volt az apartman, néhány száz méterre a strandtól, kellemes környezetben, sok kiülős lehetőséggel, árnyékos, lugasos, szépen karbantartott kertben. Jól felszerelt és kényelmes volt a szobánk.

Bár kimondottan nagyon tiszta és jó illatú volt a szobánk, de egy idő után apró, pici hangyák jelentek meg, amik az ágyra is felmásztak. Sajnálom, hogy ez a tény egy kicsit rontott az amúgy kiváló értékelésemen. De még egyszer hangsúlyozom, a takarítással semmi gond nem volt, a személyzet nagyon alapos munkát végzett!

Struttura pulitissima e accogliente, con posto auto disponibile, fuori del caos del lungomare ma comunque a pochi minuti a piedi dalle spiagge di Igalo e Portonovo. Il vero valore aggiunto è la disponibilità e la simpatia di Branka pronta a dare aiuto, consigli, informazioni e a organizzare i transfer da/per l'aeroporto, il noleggio auto, i tour. Fantastica.

Piccole cose: a volte si staccava il wi fi, malgrado tre reti a disposizione, e una porta-finestra non chiudeva bene.
