Pokój czysty, przestronny, klimatyzowany z roletami, własny balkon z widokiem na morze, wyposażenie w najnowsze sprzęty AGD, jest nawet pralka, osobna zamrażalka oprócz lodówki, Cisza i spokój na osiedlu, własne miejsce parkingowe, Na plaże Kostrena autem 10 minut jazdy, dobra baza wypadowa. Wykończenie na wysokim poziomie w końcu to apartamentowiec z górnej półki.
No może niekoniecznie ale przydałby się prawdziwy ekspres do kawy nawet niewielki

Bellissimo e nuovissimo appartamento, moderno e ben arredato, accessoriato, non molto grande, con aria condizionata e domotica. Bella la vista sul golfo dal terrazzo al terzo piano
Unico piccolo difetto è stato il divano letto un pó stretto per i miei due figli adolescenti, ma per 3 notti è andata bene lo stesso

Il balcone con vista bellissima! La casa ha ogni comfort, è arredata con buon gusto ed è molto pulita. Rapporto qualità prezzo conveniente

Sehr unkomplizierte Abwicklung: von Anfahrtsbeschreibung bis Schlüsselbox. Apartment sehr hell und angenehme Größe für 2 Personen. Balkon mit Abendsonne und Blick aufs Meer. Auch Kontakt mit Vermieter während des Aufenthaltes war problemlos.
Nur Kleinigkeiten: Wir haben gleich mal Staub gesaugt, weil nötig. Im Wohnraum am Boden und in den offenen Kästen war es staubig. Mistkübel im Badezimmer wäre fein. In der Küche, Bad und Balkon war alles sauber. Wenn man mehr kochen möchte, dann fehlt Kochbesteck (Kochlöffel etc)
