City Seaview Apartment Vigo - Happy Rentals

We stayed in an apartment for 7 days with family in July 2025. The apartment is nicely and tastefully furnished. Comfortable and very clean. Everything is new, clean, and well-maintained. The bedding is fresh, fragrant, and new. There is a sea view (between the buildings). The apartment is close to Sablicevo beach. Very close to a supermarket and bakery as well as a bus stop that will take you to the center. Peace and quiet. The neighbors are very polite and nice. The managing company fulfilled our request and provided us with the apartment keys early (at 1 PM).

There was no information on booking.com that the building was under renovation. The property management company also did not inform us about this. During our stay, the workers started very noisy work, such as drilling in the walls outside the building, as early as 7 in the morning. Moreover, they walked on the scaffolding and peered into the rooms of the apartment, which made us feel uncomfortable. We rented an apartment on the 7th floor and were convinced that no one would peer into our apartment through the windows. Because the workers were looking in through the window, we had to sleep with the windows closed and the blinds drawn. I understand that the price of the apartment might have been lower due to the renovation, but nevertheless, we should have been informed about the renovation. Having this information, we would have made an informed decision. I am lowering the score from 10 to 7 points for the dishonest concealment of information about the renovation.
