Great little room near the BTS and a few stores. The owner was fast to help and got me the keys and i was off to my room. The rooms have their own little shower and living area. A bit of a studio you could say.

All the rooms walls facing the hall way are open, they are covered but open to sound. So you do hear all the hall way walking, talking, and alarm clocks. Our time there wasn't any real noise problems except the 3rd day the guys next door were having phone battles. Past that nothing else was bad about the place. Great little place

I like that it's near the BTS station and the market. So many food stalls in the market. I like that there's a wholesale store for snacks.

The bed is uncomfortable. It's thin and I could feel the hard board. The walls are made of plywood so you will hear the noises from the next room. The guests in the other room were so loud and always banging the door when closing it. The noise wakes me up at night. The room is a fan room and it gets very hot when it's sunny. It's like trapping the heat indoors when it's a sunny day. I was sweating a lot and needed to bathe more than twice a day. It's cool when it's raining though. The room is big. I would have liked the small room downstairs where I think is quieter and cooler even on a hot day. It's affordable so if you're on budgeting, it's a great stay.
