For the price the room is very good. Although you're not that near the centre you are near the sky train and there are lots of great food places nearby that are very cheap and tasty. The host was very easy to contact and always responded very quickly and helpfully.
It was very hot and although the fan was fine, if you're very hot when you get in then you aren't going to cool down very quickly. the bed is a single and not a very big single so if you are quite tall like me then it may feel a bit small.

Fué la mejor ubicación que encontré, el BTS estaba cerca y pude moverme fácilmente también había mucha variedad de comida muy barata. Night Markets, malls, chatuchak market a 4 estaciones por sólo $15 bath y varios 7 eleven cerca. El anfitrión fué muy amable y accesible con el check - in, en todo momento se mostró atento a cualquier cosa que necesitara. Mi estadía fué de casi 2 meses, me sentí muy cómoda durante todo ese tiempo así que definitivamente volvería a hospedarme en olans place.
Algunas habitaciones son un poco calientes pero con uno o 2 ventiladores puede ser suficiente.
En ocasiones se iba la señal de WiFi por la noche.

Super rapport qualité-prix. Petits appartements fonctionnels dans un quartier calme, très local et non loin de l’université et de nombreux cafés pour travailler.
John, l’hôte est très accueillant et accessible, toujours prêt a aider ou échanger :)

Prix imbattable, bon emplacement avec tout ce qu'il faut autour y compris un petit marché de nuit sympa et des restaurants. Metro et bus disponibles à côté, salle de bain privative, bon wifi, micro onde, frigo, sèche cheveux etc... photos conformes donc aucune surprise.
Le matelas est vraiment catastrophique (les ressorts s'effondrent complètement), et ne parlons pas du matelas d'appoint qui s'apparente plus à un sol secondaire. Mais ils ont le mérite d'être là.
Quelques saletés sous le lit et dans la salle de bain, mais le logement est sain dans l'ensemble.
Il fait relativement chaud même s'il y a 2 ventilateurs.
La qualité des serviettes de bain n'est pas top car sèche mal, mais elles sont fournies. Les murs sont très très fins et laissent entendre tout ce qu'il se passe à côté.
