Everything was perfect! The hosts were amazingly helpful and the barn was truly gorgeous. We loved staying on a working farm! We will be back for sure.

The layout of the property is brilliant and the pool table is fantastic. I only wish we had been there in the summer so that we could enjoy the BBQ. The pubs and villages nearby are really nice to visit.
The only issue is the cattle grid at the entrance to the parking which I slipped a foot into a couple of times getting into my van, but it really is only a minor issue.

Spacious accommodation in a very quiet location on a working farm

Brookley Barn was spacious and comfortable, it felt like being at home (with the added bonus of a pool table)! We had really clear instructions about getting there and all the information we needed during our stay.
The front door was quite difficult to open and it would be nice to have grass and paving in the small front garden rather than gravel.
