3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom The Hub At Westside Reserve 3300 TT

Safe gated community. Excellent facilities and very clean.

The Hub at Westside Reserve is a very new small gated community right of the 192 in Kissimmee. The house was nice, well furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. The living area was a little smaller but the bedrooms were very roomy. 3 bathrooms. Easy entry with a code (once you figured it out). The location was great for Disney and there were plenty of stores (Walmart, Publix) nearby. Also a gas station across the street and many of our favorite restaurants with a 10 minute drive (Outback, Lazy dog, Olive Garden).

The check-in and check-out instructions from the host mentioned a lot of fees (for forgetting to leave the parking permit to leaving trash). Maybe they've learned from experience but it didn't feel very welcoming. For half our stay the pool was closed, without any explanation. There was never any community management at the clubhouse so it was not possible to get information from them. The property management of our unit, who explained they had nothing to do with the facilities, did try to get information and succeeded after a few days. they did after a few days offer us the use of another pool. Also, noone there to instruct people who were hired to work the grounds, or let them into the (gated) community.One night - for hours on end - there was a lot of disturbance outside from other guests (revving car, loud music, yelling). Small detail, but also no way to recycle our trash. All in all I would not come here again.
