まるとくハウス和歌山

古い建物ながらも中はオシャレにリノベーションされていました。 買い物した物を自宅と同じように冷凍出来たり、洗濯が出来たり（部屋干し出来るように道具も揃っていました）子供の遠征での利用でしたが、大変助かりました。

周辺道路が狭く、またややこしくて道に迷いました。 ご近所の方がとても親切に案内してくれました。

部屋が清潔で、値段が安いのに設備が整っていて良かった。

玄関のドアの立つけ。 タオルの材質が滑りづらくて拭きづらかった。

①Nicely refurbished old house. It's quite a good way to get an authentic feel of staying in a regular Japanese home. ②Cute community poster activity in the living room, like pasting a sticker on a map to mark where you're from. ③Very big home with multiple rooms to chose from. ④Amenities are relatively comfy. ⑤Hosts replied very quickly with the check in instructions after I sent my check in form.

①It was difficult to lock the main door because the sliding door kept running off the track. Only managed to lock the door after finding out that the two sliding doors were not aligned. ②Wish there was a box of tissue papers in the living room to use. ③The house seems a bit inaccessible to people who don't have cars. People with luggages will have to drag their stuff over gravel to get to the place. Would recommend to people with cars to stay here. ④The house is right next to a railway. It can get slightly noisy at night.

一棟貸切で気兼ねなく宿泊できる。 ベッドは全部で6つあり、内2つはダブルベッドで少人数の場合はのびのびと寝れる。 今は珍しい縦長の湯船は脚は伸ばせないが水圧がかかるので体に良い。

冬はトイレが寒いのと便座がものすごく冷たい。 カバーか貼るタイプのシートが欲しい。 壁が薄く線路沿いなので6時くらいの始発電車の音で目が覚める、6時に起きるか耳栓しよう。
