The apartment is in a really good area of Tirana, relatively close to the center (15 minutes by taxi).
The apartment is beautiful, modern, and fully furnished.
The apartment is clean.
The host was available and very friendly.
Downstairs there is an excellent café — A'Noir Lounge Bar — and a nice mall within walking distance.
The sheets were a bit dirty.
The bathroom fan is very noisy.
The host does not speak English.

Die Wohnung ist sauber und hat eine gute Ausstattung. Ein Zimmer ist super, das 2. Zimmer hat kein Fenster. Das Bad ist gut. Es ist vom Zentrum mit dem Bus gut erreichbar.
