Lovely studio with clean and modern kitchen and bathroom with air-conditioning. Big, comfortable bed. Close to small shop for essentials. Very nice, brand new spa next door which you can use for ~€10 per person for several hours. Great, proactive communications from host to meet you upon arrival and explain access - additionally gave us lots of restaurant / bar recommendations.
It is not clear that you must pay extra to use the spa - not a major problem as it is relatively cheap and well-worth the price but I think it is a bit of a misleading posting which makes it feel like you get the spa included in your Booking.com quoted price.

The ambience, staff, the spa and the location.
The location of the AC could have been at a better place as it was really hot and took a while to cool down the room as the bed were on the first floor.
