Appartement au 7ème étage super propre, récemment aménagé, équipé et décoré avec goût. Belle vue sur la campagne avec une loggia bien pratique. Bon chauffage. J'imagine que la climatisation doit être efficace par forte chaleur. On s'y sent bien tout de suite. Le parking sécurisé est juste en dessous accessible avec un badge. Alfredo fut un excellent hôte, convivial et attentionné. L'immeuble dispose évidemment d'un ascenseur. Il y a un petit escalier entre le parking et le niveau de l'entrée qui est à quelques mètres. Notre hôte nous a aimablement aidé pour les bagages. Nous recommandons ce logement qui est non loin du centre de Cosenza à pied. Il y a tout ce quil faut à très courte distance en matière de restauration et d'alimentation.

The location was excellent, within easy walking distance to the town center. Parking was so easy. And loved the sunroom and views! The host met us and showed us the apartment, and he had excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do.

This apartment was a surprise. It is very new, clean, and beautiful, with a location within walking distance to the main street. The large balcony offers an expansive view. Alfredo is very friendly and helpful, making the entire stay a great experience.
