Nice little apartment, very comfortable to accommodate 3 adults. Very easy communication with the host. Small goodies left as a welcome gesture were appreciated as well as coffee pods. A dedicated parking lot was a plus. A good address, out of the center of the city.
A large gym located next door can be a bit noisy at times but it did not bother us.

We used Cosenza as a base for exploring the area. For our purposes, property was near to central bus station. The apartment itself exceeded expectations, being a very well-equipped apartment; we were out all day so perhaps didn't take full advantage, but one could make oneself very comfortable here. Was warm, with plenty of facilities, in nice and secure building. Staff were very helpful and quick to respond when we needed assistance. Many thanks
Nothing comes to mind other than check in directions were perhaps oriented for people with a car, making it slightly confusing to find correct entrance to building when arriving on foot. Other than that, our self check in at 10 p.m. was trouble free. thanks

Inizialmente ho avuto difficoltà nel trovare il civico perchè adiacente a una palestra molto frequentata, ma la comunicazione telefonica con il proprietario ha fatto in modo di risolvere il tutto per il meglio
cmq ottima comunicazione e posto tranquillo per riposare, non per ultimo il parcheggio che completa un ottimo piacevole soggiorno
