The accommodation is in a quiet location in the city center, with several bars and restaurants right in front of the building. A very nice spot right in the heart of the action on a quiet little square. Several cafes for breakfast within 150 meters of the building. The landlord prepared a welcome package for us with bottled water, dish soap, and coffee capsules. Reliable Wi-Fi. Two TV and much-needed air conditioning. Apartment amenities: a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and coffee maker, and a large refrigerator with a freezer, washing machine, dryer, iron. A beautiful bathroom with a shower and a bidet. The check-in and check-out process is hassle-free.

We were disappointed that the description didn’t mention that you have to climb 55 steep steps to reach the apartment. The accommodation isn’t suitable for seniors or small children, because the bed is located on the balcony, which is accessible only via narrow, steep stairs. This is very impractical at night. The bed is on a raised level where the ceiling height is approximately 150–160 cm. My husband and I had to bend over to get into bed. Another drawback is the balcony facing the courtyard, where recycling bins are located.

Sehr modern, neu und sauber. Großes Bett, super angenehme Matratze. Große Dusche. Balkon hinten raus - Blick zum Hof leider! S.Fotos Aber dafür Zentral und doch sehr ruhige Lage. Ausstattung 2 Fernseher - Wohnraum und Schlafzimmer! 56 Stufen nach oben bis zum Apartment. Fitness pur - sehr gut! Service und Erklärung waren super! Kein persönlicher Kontakt! PS: Fön-Bügeleisen-Sonnenschirm für Strand vorhanden. Im Ganzen ist die Wohnung klein aber fein! Danke für alles! 🥰

Bis zu drei Geräten können angeschaltet sein. Darüber hinaus fliegt die Sicherung raus. Um diese wieder einzuschalten, muss man 56 Stufen wieder zum Haus Eingang runter. Schlechte Sicherung, für das dieses Apartment frisch renoviert und sehr modern eingerichtet ist. Küchenutensilien fehlten, einfache Trink-Gläser und ein Tomaten-Schneidemesser. Vielleicht noch ein Ganzkörper-Spiegel der fehlt! Frauen betrachten sich gerne, bevor sie ausgehen 😉 und eine Garderobe fehlte! Es soll kein Vorwurf sein - da alles noch sehr neu ist.

Forte odore di fumo come ambiente abitato costantemente da fumatori, nonostante sia descritta come struttura per non fumatori e ci sia divieto di fumo. La pulizia non era a livelli accettabili: capelli per terra e divano sporco con odore di fumo.
