Estay - Piazza Yenne Apartment

Everything was great, the apartment is in the heart of the city center, clean and cozy. The only issue we experienced was a power outage that lasted almost till 16:00 LT, so we didn’t have hot water and couldn’t charge our devices. However, that’s completely understandable since the building is old and these things can sometimes happen. Other than that, everything was perfect, and the agency’s support was very helpful. The only thing I would recommend is providing two blankets in case there are two guests, as not everyone prefers to share one.

The location of this apartment is great.It’s in the city centre of Cagliari and next to some really good food spots and bars. The apartment itself is also quite nice.

The main door to the apartment building is TERRIBLE. We spent every day struggling to open the door when coming back to the apartment. The lock is old and you have to just stay and jiggle the key for 20 minutes in the hopes that it will unlock. What makes it worse is that the staff of Estay (who run the apartment) are aware of this issue and have not done anything to fix the issue. When coming back from nights out you have to just pray that the door will unlock or else you won’t be able to get to your room for the night. Definitely not a secure feeling.
