Escape to Sunshine Vacation Home, where every day feels like a vacation. Start your morning with coffee beneath the shaded cabana, spend the afternoon splashing in your private screened pool, challenge family and friends to mini golf or bowling, then gather around the BBQ for dinner under the Florida sky. Inside, you'll find a spacious, beautifully decorated home designed for comfort, relaxation, and quality time together.
Breaking of any of the house rules intentionally or unintentionally will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation and immediate guest eviction from the property with no refunds.
The person booking MUST BE one of the guests who remain with the rental group throughout the stay. If this rule is not followed, all guests will be evicted immediately with no refund of rental monies paid. Guest who initiates the booking will remain responsible for all other guests, children, or visitors during occupancy of the property.
RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS/NO PARTIES – No unauthorized visitors without prior host approval!
Extra guests fee: $30/ guest/ Night
Extra visitors fee: $20/visitor/Day
Max Occupancy 12 people, 2 pets AT ALL TIMES
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Any evidence of an event taking place (with more than those registered) will result in immediate termination of your stay (with no refund, and likely additional cleaning charges withheld from your deposit). Additional fees and taxes may apply - Photo ID may be required at check-in.
Tampering with security of safety devices ( includes security cameras, smart lock, smoke alarms etc) have a fine of $200 per incident and possible termination of your visit.
*Unfenced backyard* Pets should be leashed at all times. All pet waste MUST be picked up after pets and disposed of properly. Failure to clean up after your pet will result in a pet waste fee of minimum $50 up to $150.
Maximum pet occupancy is 2 pets $50 fee per pet.
Early check-in fee $50 up to 2 hours (2pm check in)
Late check-out fee anytime after 10am $50
Trash Pickup Day is Thursday. Please take garbage bins out to the curb Wednesday night.
Quiet time: 10pm - 8am
No smoking indoors. Smoking allowed outdoors ONLY. Extra cleaning fee of $500 if there is any evidence of smoking indoors.
Grill: Please clean after usage. Additional $30 charge if it is left unclean.
Please turn off all lights and lock all doors when you are out.
Pool safety is a high priority for all guests. Life vests available. No jumping in the pool from any place.
No standing, jumping from, touching or interacting with the waterfall and it's parts.
No standing, sitting or walking on Solar Panels.
No firearms allowed ANYWHERE on the premises.
No parking on grass, it is against HOA rules. No cars allowed inside of the garage.
Next to I-75. Highway noise will be heard during the duration of your stay at various levels due to proximity to highway (i.e. rush hour will have elevated levels).

We couldn’t get them out of the pool or off the putt putt! Manager was very communicative and helpful.

The host was very easy to communicate with and friendly. I would not consider the house "luxury". Kids bunk bed was not stable up top and missing screws. The spare bedroom bed frame was falling apart making a large hole on one side of mattress. All beds only had one fitted sheet on them with a blanket on top. There was a shelf above a walkway door that was separated from the wall and could fall. You have to watch where you park in the driveway because there is a bird nest that will cover your vehicle in droppings. We were a little surprised about a 20 per guest fee to have our family over for brunch. It's a cute house, but needs some TLC.
