About this apartment rental

If you like to drop your luggage when getting off the train or not touch your car during your holidays, this apartment is made for you. Located just next to the town hall, facing the sea, with an incredible view of the majestic bay of La Baule, you will only have to cross the road to reach the main beach. All shops, restaurants and the market are less than 10 minutes walk from the accommodation. It is ideal for those who like to have everything at hand.



On the 5th floor of its residence with lift, you will be dazzled by the view that awaits you as soon as you enter the main room. You can admire it from the balcony, comfortably seated in one of the armchairs, with a cool drink or a good ice cream.



The main room consists of a kitchen equipped with induction hobs, an oven, a dishwasher and a refrigerator. For breakfast, a kettle and a coffee maker are at your disposal. A square and friendly table awaits you for your meals. A comfortable living room welcomes you with two sofas, for your TV evenings, aperitifs or board games. A special feature of this living room, behind one of the sofas is hidden a comfortable king-size folding bed. You can therefore wake up looking at the sea.



A "cabin" bedroom behind the kitchen offers an additional bed for one person. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower, a washbasin and a hairdryer, as well as a separate toilet.



The garage is accessible for unloading your luggage, but parking is done in the street.

To vary the pleasures, you can spend an evening at the Casino, discover the ramparts and salt marshes of Guérande, taste ice creams or chichis along the quays of Le Pouliguen.
